Instant Healthcare UK Workforce Solutions is one of the UK’s largest on-framework health and social care staffing agencies.
Working within an environment that is increasingly directed by government legislation, back in 2013, Instant Healthcare UK took the strategic decision to only supply on-framework and fully compliant, qualified staff to our clients.
November 2015 saw the introduction of agency rate caps for all NHS Trusts. As HCL was already supplying candidates at framework-approved rates, our clients experienced little disruption when the caps came into effect. Furthermore, when the TDA and Monitor banned trusts from using off-framework staffing agencies from 1 April 2016, our clients were once again protected from service disruption.
